Hi Markus,

I'm aware of FogBugz (from the infamous Joel on Software) and I might have to give it a try, through force of circumstance. Unfortunately Bugzilla seems to have taken down my ISP's server and they're not very happy about it :-)

Hi Adrian,

We use Bugzilla as well, as does Eclipse, but I've always been impressed by FogBugz. It's like Bugzilla, but with the user in mind. It's also crazy affordable. Not sure if they offer it as a hosted service, though... But you can try it out for free, and if you decide to buy it, you get to move your trial db onto your production server. Nice setup. Highly recommended.
