It's like Bugzilla, but with the user in mind. It's also crazy affordable. Not sure if they offer it as a hosted service, though... But you can try it out for free, and if you decide to buy it, you get to move your trial db onto your production server. Nice setup. Highly recommended. Hi Adrian,
